If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund or cancel your invoice. Please note, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

Shipping within Sweden

DHL delivery: 1-6 business days, free

When the shipment has left the warehouse you will be able to track your order by email.

We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns.

Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.

Duties and tax charges may apply depending on location.

An item may be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the order. A return fee will be added, which will be deducted from the refund amount. To be accepted as a return the product must be, unworn and unwashed. When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.

We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. The initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are not picked up from service/ delivery point within requested time. Unclaimed packages returned to us are shipped at your risk and we are also not responsible for the item after it has been returned to us. It is therefore important that you pick up or receive your package even if you have regretted it. For unclaimed packages, we charge a fee corresponding our costs for shipping, return shipping and handling:
